ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (SENIOR)

Job Description

IBI is currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineers to join our Raleigh, NC office. The Electrical Engineer will develop construction drawings for projects across our offices.

• Provide design of electrical systems for architectural projects within defined budgets
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of technical information and project documentation and ensure compliance with any applicable QA/QC programs
• Ensure that engineering deliverables (e.g., drawings, specifications, analysis, budget estimates) comply with applicable regulations, standards, corporate procedures and sound engineering practices.
• Ensure that project deliverables are met in a timely manner to a high quality

Qualifications

• Experience with a focus on Client Satisfaction and Quality
• Ability to work in a team coordinating with other engineers, designers, and architects.
• Ability to design power, lighting, fire alarm, data/com, and security systems
• 8+ years of experience in the designing electrical systems for industrial building, commercial buildings, factories, K-12 and higher education facilities
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• P.E preferred
• Hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD
