RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's Fortune 100 Client is looking for a Scrum Master/Business Analyst in Raleigh, NC on a contract basis.

Top Responsibilities: Lead squads using full Agile methodologies and best practices. Backlog and Funnel Management, Iteration Planning, Sprint Execution/Management, Showcase and Retrospective are on a two-week cycle Analyze impact of business requirements to develop Epics, Features and Story details across squads Focus on continuous improvement, innovation/automation, increased velocity to deliver Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and working with business team, architects, and product owners to translate the requirement into technical specifications Contribute as part of an Agile team responsible for the detailed design, development, deployment, and support of our systems Translate business requirements to user stories and technical specifications, review with the technical implementation teams, create acceptance criteria and the definition of -done- test the changes and signoff Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate, prioritize, and plan work items to be handled during sprints and iterations Analyze and define and understand multiple business processes and translating them into IT requirements Use methods and processes such as design thinking, value stream mapping, SIPOC models, etc. Act as subject matter expert for their area, bringing domain, functional, client, geo-, and offering expertise on behalf of stakeholder groups into their Agile team Provide operational analysis of business functions by analyzing performance metrics and business results Communicate complex business and IT concepts effectively with the entire team - from the engineers to the executive stakeholder Transition easily between technical terminology to -big picture- ideas with thoughtful analysis, understanding, and demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication

REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience in the field of IT Projects and Business Analysis 2+ years of experience in capturing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements 2+ years of experience in business analysis as part of a customer-facing development team 2+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst 2+ years of experience in leading within an Agile environment, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics Work with the Product Owners to understand the product road map and create EPIC and User Stories Groom Product backlog and work with product managers to prioritize the user stories Work with Product Owners and Scrum team to elaborate the user stories Perform reviews of the deliverable based on acceptance criteria Lead/participate in Scrum Ceremonies like Sprint Retrospective, Showcases, Daily Stand up meeting Act as a Liaison between Business and technical teams Conducting meetings with client Business teams to understand Business requirements and translate them into system requirements Good technical knowledge to understand the various technical touchpoints to understand dependencies Experience working with project planning and tracking tools such as RTC, Jira, Zenhub, etc. Experience working with collaboration tools such as Mural, Slack, etc.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience: Experienced utilizing Analytics features and functions Experience working in a continuous development/delivery organization Experience leading Design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design Behavior-driven development and test frameworks
