Customer Service Representatives

Hire Strategies is seeking Customer Service Representatives.

Purpose and Scope:

This is a customer Service role where you will be working in person on the floor level. Assisting the team with customer service office duties. Such as handling the phones, emails, inventory control, and any related tasks assigned. Provided with support with face-to-face interactions with clients and customers.

Job Duties/ Essential Functions:

Answer phones

Data entry

Assisting the warehouse with cycle counts

interaction with customers (face to face)

Temp-Perm Position will become permanent after 3 month evaluation.

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $15-16 hourly
