ABOUT US:

Our primary mission is to provide the highest level of resident care possible with regard for individual resident's specific medical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. This mission can only be accomplished through personal dedication of each staff member combined with a sympathetic understanding of the resident's needs, choices, and desires.

LPN/RN:

The LPN/RNis responsible for knowledge of resident’s condition at all times; providing nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing technique and established standard.

Qualifications: Graduation/Diploma from an accredited and recognized College, University or School of Nursing. A current certificate of registration/license from the North Carolina State Board of Registration as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. Maintains yearly educational requirements as designated by from the North Carolina State Board of Registration as a Licensed Practical/Vocational nurse Preferred: 1 year current experience in long term nursing facility or hospital.

Certified Nurse Aide:

The Certified Nurse Aide will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans.

Qualifications: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent as a minimum and completion of a certified nursing assistant course from an accredited college program and on North Carolina Registry.
