Maintenance Technician - Full-Time 1st/2nd Shift

For this position, we are currently offering a starting rate of $22 an hour (negotiable) based on experience and skill set. Qualified candidates will be dependable and have experience in all aspects of general and preventative maintenance as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Our Maintenance Tech will assist our Maintenance Supervisor with room-turns, work orders, painting, etc. as needed. Job duties include but are not limited to: HVAC repair Painting Electrical Drywall Small appliance repair Plumbing Assisting with room-turns for new residents Requirements: 2 (+) years' experience in general maintenance HVAC Certification greatly preferred and needs rooftop HVAC troubleshooting experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Acceptable background check needed Pre-employment physical and drug test are required Excellent customer service skills and a patient and kind demeanor toward our seniors and all staff We are a Drug Free Workplace.:
