The Newsom Agency is looking to hire ONE experienced Life Insurance Agent as a W-2 SALARIED EMPLOYEE to assist with Onboarding and Training of new agents. In order to be considered for this position the agent will need to be up to date on their license, as well as successfully and actively producing. We are looking for someone to lead from the front!

The Newsom Agency, located in Asheville, NC has been an affiliate of Symmetry Financial Group since 2012. As an MGA we currently submit $400K-$500K in premium per month and have over 100 active full time and part time agents. Our partnership with Symmetry allows us to utilize a proven sales process centered around exclusive, high quality leads that are developed internally for Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Annuities and more. We are partnered with over 80 A-Rated insurance and annuity carriers and provide new agents access to our leads, our carriers and our high touch training. Since COVID, we have created an exceptionally effective Virtual Sales System that allows our agents to work from home and delivers massive results ($5K-$10K in Annualized Premium per week) for those choosing to work full time.

What we need is ONE licensed, experienced agent to assist us with the onboarding, training and support of these new agents. This position will be a salaried position with a personal production quota and will include bonuses as well as benefits as part of the compensation.

What The Newsom Agency will supply:

- Quality Leads each week for personal production

- Autodialer (proprietary)

- Errors and Ommissions Insurance

- Any necessary Non-Resident licenses

- Learning Management System for training of agents with a Multi Media library which includes:

Phone scripts and how to use leads.

The sales process for virtual and in-person sales.

The detailed process for establishing needs based on our leads and our markets.

How to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities including critical illness and disability and retirement solutions such as fixed index annuities- and IULs.

-Administrative support

-Underwriting software (proprietary)

JOB DUTIES will include, but will not be limited to:

- Minimum monthly production requirements

- Onboarding of New Agents

- Initial Training of New Agents

- Leading of weekly sales meetings

- Tracking and monitoring of new agent activity

- Tracking and monitoring of new agent production

- Assisting agents with tracking and monitoring of Pending Requirements, Issue/Placed business and Persistency

- Assisting agents with field underwriting and product selection

- Assisting agents with appropriate sales strategies and quoting

- Agent follow up and coaching/development

- Assistance with Interviews of potential new agents

Requirements in order to be considered for this position:

- Active Life License

- 2+ years of life insurance field sales experience

- $75K Issue Paid premium per year for 2+ consecutive years

- No current Vectors/Debts to Carriers/Agencies

Compensation will begin at:

$60,000/Year Salary

Bonuses based on personal production

Bonuses based on TEAM production
