Local pool company is seeking an individual with a strong work ethic to join our growing team that will provide administrative and management support.
This position is full-time with the work schedule Mon-Fri (8-5) and overtime may be required during certain times of the year.
Primary Responsibilites:
-Employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
-Scheduling Interviews
-Organize and process accounts payable and receivables (daily/weekly)
- Responsible for organizing and processing payroll
-Keeping sub accounts up to date (W-9's & COI's)
-Tracking Expenses
-Collecting and processing client payments
-Develop and implement a system for record retention
-Responsible for DOT Fleet, paperwork and renewals
-Responsible for maintaining all company insurance policies and W/C
-Maintain Work orders and project files
-Perform general clerical duties
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-2+ years in related field
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the owner, employees, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Strong written and computer skills is a must
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, budgets, and payroll practices
- DOT fleet management a plus
- Willingness to learn, detailed oriented and customer service focused
- Self-Motivator/ Starter
- Team Oriented
-Must be Bilingual - Spanish (speak, write, read)
