Apartment Maintenance Technician
A successful property management company is currently seeking a Technician for an apartment community in Greensboro, NC.
The Technician performs various duties to maintain quality maintenance necessary improvements to enhance the apartment community.
Job Functions
Reports maintenance repairs and any issues with vacant apartments and/or apartment community grounds
Conducts move ins and inspections
Works with vendors on new and existing work orders
Proposes recommendations for improvements for the community
Skills
High School diploma
4 years of industry related experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
