POS Analyst who will be the Subject Matter Expert on the Point of Sale System.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Support the POS operations team to incorporate new items and pricing as required to support change requests, periodic price increases, limited time offers (LTOs) and new store openings. Map new menu items in the reporting database. Clear daily POS mapping issues. Establish and maintain separate price tiers and configuration settings by brand, market, region and/or store type, including sales tax rates/rules and routing schemes. Manage data sets and configuration files centrally utilizing enterprise management tools. Develop and test new POS features, modules and hardware solutions as directed. Implements system configuration changes as deemed necessary by the business. Deploy approved configuration/software updates timely and accurately. Supports roll-out of new technologies. Performs QA testing in the lab for all POS change requests and pricing updates. Troubleshoots POS problems and works with Help Desk to resolve. Maintains documentation of processes, procedures and system configurations
