The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 5 apartment communities in Fayetteville, North Carolina for Monarch Investment and Management Group. We are looking for 3 full time/year round positions that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed. Availability during winter months to participate in snow removal activities

Power-washing

Basic mechanical knowledge

Preventative vehicle maintenance

Preventative tool maintenance
