Role

We have an outstanding opportunity in the Digital Workplace Domain to deliver modern collaborative solutions to Fidelity associates. In this role as Senior Systems Analyst, you'll support the Digital Collaboration Tools Optimization and Hybrid Meetings squads in helping to make sure our associates have the right tools to get their job done when working from any location! This includes working alongside our technology partners to prioritize tools and enhancements that deliver the most value to our associates. In your role, you'll work with the squads to understand the needs of our associates and deliver a seamless experience as we introduce new tools and app integrations into our digital ecosystem.

This squad is focused on strategic partnerships with our business partners, and we value integrity, a willingness to learn, positive attitude, and the ongoing pursuit of best practice agile methodology and development, with particular emphasis on digital associate tools.

If you have solid experience of requirements definition for complex projects and a desire to work closely with users, development teams and business partners on a daily basis, then this could be the ideal role for you!

Expertise and Skills You Bring

Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs; ability to speak to the business, but also translate to actionable technical specifications for the software development team.
Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories.
Excellent consultative, listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Client-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data driven approach.
Ability to convey a vision through using data and visualization.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate your ideas and influence others positively.
Experience using collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Mural and/or other whiteboarding tools, Zoom and/or other emerging tools.

Ability to trial and provide feedback on new applications to determine suitability for enterprise-wide adoption.
Experience of or willingness to learn/upskill in: Power BI, PowerAutomate, C#, HTML, Angular and React, Graph, JavaScript.

Your commitment to providing analysis skills for high quality, innovative, maintainable solutions, with particular emphasis in the digital collaborative tools space (e.g., MS Teams, Mural and/or other whiteboarding tools, Yammer, among other applications).
You are a self-starter with a strong level of engagement.
You serve as a supporting subject matter expert to provide timely, pertinent information to other members of the squad and/or business partners.
You provide insightful mentorship/recommendations based on analyses to facilitate/influence decision-making processes and technology strategy.
You develop artifacts that support efficient and effective solution delivery, e.g., User stories, process maps/workflows, system diagrams.
You will be responsible for guiding key integrations decisions, driving solutions and collaborating with technology partners.
You will be contributing directly to the enablement of new tools and features to help our associates achieve employee engagement and productivity through communication, collaboration and connection when working from any location.
