Frontend Developer

Durham, NC (Initially remote till pandemic)

Special Instructions:
  • This is a new role in Durham. This team is part of the Compliance, Risk and Business Operations Tribe. They are continuing to build out new squads and they have a need for a strong UI resource. They are looking for an Angular resource, version 6 or higher. Understanding of the full stack environment and a willingness to learn new technologies along the way is crucial for this role. They view this as a long term, ongoing need for the team.
  • CRBO Compliance Technology is seeking a UI Developer to work on an Asset Management compliance product. We are looking for top engineering talent as we design and build the platform. The role involves working in an agile team, in a highly collaborative and engaging environment and being adaptable to shifting priorities.

The Expertise We are Looking For:
  • In-depth understanding of Javascript/TypeScript, Angular 6+, and related development technologies, such as Jasmine and Karma
  • Strong conceptual understanding of server-side and database architecture
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO Design
  • Demonstrable understanding of standard methodologies in accessible web UX design
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work on a team of developers and collaborate with others
  • Interest and experience in full stack development

The Skills You Bring:
  • Design, implement and deliver complex solutions for business users
  • Collaborate with delivery team colleagues to clarify and define specific application behaviors
  • Participate in design and wireframe review to provide a technical perspective on implementation
  • Diagnose sophisticated issues; evaluate, recommend and execute the best resolution
  • Manage application requirements and ensure quality function, features and user experience
  • Influence design by making recommendations for implementation
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers
  • Works under minimal direction
