Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Investment Products experience highly desired

Hands-on experience with investments

Good understanding of investment portfolio

Practical knowledge of Customer Support

General familiarity with Customer Satisfaction

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Solid understanding of Stock Ownership

Strong familiarity with Call Center Customer Service

Well-founded grasp of Customer Portal

Quality experience with Customer Transaction

Solid understanding of stock exchange

Skills in Investment Accounts

Microsoft Office experience

Previous experience working with Online Portfolio

Proven knowledge of data entry

Wide ranging experience with Resolve Customer Complaints

Prior experience with stock transfer

Experience with investment portfolio

Customer service experience preferred

Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Issues

Comprehension of investment management

Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Microsoft Office experience preferred

Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Strong customer service and office administrative skills
