Valid CDL-A and Medical Card

Minimum 24 yrs old

2 yrs verifiable driving experience within last 5 yrs

No more than 3 moving violations or 2 accidents or any combination of moving violations and accidents, not resulting in more than 3 within last 3 yrs

No felonies within last 5 yrs
