SKILLED HOME IMPROVEMENT HVAC PRO & REPAIR MEN WANTED! (Charlotte)

We are a Family owned and operated Residential maintenance company looking for a seasoned Universal EPA Certified HVAC Technician to service our CHARLOTTE Markets.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for trouble-shooting and self-performance of maintenance work orders as assigned. The employee is required to be well versed in single-family maintenance inclusive of HVAC and to be able to perform intermediate-level maintenance and repairs in single and multi-family homes. The main work responsibilities will be for HVAC, but there may be other repairs assigned as needed.

If you have a minimum of 5+ years of construction skills including Plumbing, Roofing, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, and Electrical and want to work for a VERY busy family owned company that treats you like the professional you are, you have found the right opportunity. (Other Trades are a PLUS!)

REQUIREMENTS:

-A person who does quality work and has customer service skills

-Someone who is skilled in all aspects of home repair, or someone that may only be specialized in one or two areas

-Applicants MUST have a TRUCK/VAN/SUV with hauling ability, and own hand tools

-MUST be reliable, on time, have integrity, and be a quick learner

-You will need to demonstrate a great work ethic, customer service skills and provide excellent quality home repairs and improvements to our customers as a Tradesman

-Applicants should be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, and own a standard set of tools to perform skills/trades.
