Lead Maintenance Technician (Charlotte)

Lerner & Company Real Estate is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Lead Maintenance Technician for the Chimneys Apartments. We are looking for a hands-on individual who is highly skilled in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. This individual will lead a team that provides top notch maintenance for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Oversight of the maintenance needs on the property.

- Guide other maintenance staff on issues related to plumbing, appliances, HVAC and electrical.

- Preventative maintenance on HVAC units.

- Ensure the completion of all work requests.

- Mechanical prepping of make-ready units.

- On-call every other week for after hour calls.

Requirements

-Ability to supervise and direct maintenance staff.

- Must have strong knowledge in HVAC, appliance repair, electrical and plumbing.

- HVAC Certification required.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance.

- Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to move appliances and HVAC equipment.

- Must have basic tools needed to perform the job.

- Willingness to adhere to company policy and rules.

- Able to provide excellent customer services for the residents.
