Job Description: Job Description: From a PM perspective, they will be managing an IVR (interactive voice recognition) project - setting up, coordinating meetings, delivery of those, etc, -very small amount of budget and forecast - would more so be collecting estimates from teams. This is 60%PM/ 40%SM. Needs to understand financial and estimates. Needs to be comfortable and have exp managing a project - 3-4 teams through whole lifecycle. CSM preferred not required Project Description: • This role will be aligned as a Delivery Lead to projects in our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) space primarily aligned to an Agile team that supports work for multiple lines of business including Retirement Benefit Contact Centers, Wealth Management Contact Centers and our internal bank Service Desk. Current projects include implementing the capability for employees to utilize Voice Biometrics to authenticate in our Service Desk IVR as well as upcoming work to integrate the same IVR to a Virtual Digital Assistant used by our Service Desk organization and also emerging work to leverage the Erica virtual assistant for guided servicing with our Wealth businesses.
