We provide high-quality Area Rugs to our local customer in Indian Trail, NC as well as online sales nationwide.

Role Description:

Sales and Customer Service Representative at Rug Outlet Store.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Communication with vendors regarding customer orders.

Qualifications:

Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent.

Working days and hours:

Mon, Tues, Wed. 1-7pm

Sat. 12-5pm

$11 plus sales commission. Average pay with commission: $16-$17/ hr.

Full time possible once fully trained.
