The duties will require driving of company vehicles, cleaning warehouse, assisting with residential heating and air conditioning equipment, assisting with maintenance and repair of the same. The individual needs to be familiar with common tools. Mechanically minded a plus. You must have a clean driving record for to be insurable. You must pass the background and drug screening check.
