RecruiterClient in the South Charlotte is looking for a Recruiter. M-F regular business hours with some OT. $20-$25/hour.ResponsibilitiesWill manage the recruiting process from beginning to end.Intake meetings with managersPosting ads online and pipelining candidatesTouching base with hiring managers weeklyMaking offers and assisting with onboarding.Assessing talent and quality of applicants.Sourcing on LinkedIn and other online avenues.Requirements2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience - from sourcing resumes to onboarding preferred.Someone able to meet goals and deadlines for filling jobs.Excellent communication skills.Someone who understands pipelining and laws about online ads, etc.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
