Product ManagerGenuent is hiring a Product Manager for our direct client in Charlotte, NC area. This is a 6+ month contract to hire role with a tentative start date of November, 2. Qualified candidates should send their resume (Word Format) along with salary requirements to Harold Miller at The Product Manager is responsible for the overall planning and delivery of the defined analytics solutions. They manage the agile (or hybrid-agile) development process by spearheading the scrum ceremonies, ensuring proper grooming and contextualization of requirements, andaccurate estimation of effort in coordination with the developer(s) and tester(s). They also work with the business analysts and team lead toclarify business and functional requirements as needed to assist in prioritization and resource managementKey Responsibilities

  • Leads process of intake and triage for the portfolio team
  • Records both reporting and analytic requests in a centralized demand management tool
  • Ensures requirements are appropriately prioritized based on business needs and broader technical constraints
  • Drives all scrum ceremonies including sprint grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives and task breakdowns
  • Leads meetings to resolve conflicts in resource allocation, scheduling, and priority
  • Captures and tracks KPIs and insights from issue resolution over time to improve demand management intelligence
Critical Requirements /Skills
  • Experience in execution of key program management and demand management activities
  • Knowledge of and experience using demand management work processes and systems
  • Experience in monitoring demand management KPIs and delivery performance against targets
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum processes
  • Experience working with agile management tools including JIRA, ServiceNow, DevOps, etc.
  • Previous experience as a business analyst or scrum master
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider data management lifecycle
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to engage effectively at across teams and different levels of leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
