It all begins with you.The Operations Group is an enterprise function within the Chief Operating Office. The Operations group consists of approximately 35,000 team members in the US and 28,000 team members in India and Philippines. This group is responsible for building a more unified, more integrated approach to Wells Fargo’s business operations functions. This includes contact center operations, client-servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions. By taking a more integrative approach to these functions, Wells Fargo will be able deliver a more consistent experience for our customers and operate more efficiently.The Role:This leader will be responsible for translating business objectives and priorities into actionable business strategies and identify the appropriate stakeholders to design and manage strategic initiatives.He / She will work collaboratively across the company to educate and ensure appropriate buy-in, be self motivated and comfortable in communicating directly with executives and peers.Identify opportunities for improvement and challenge or championing ideas and execution plans.Leverage internal and external data & insights to recommend target state strategies to drive desired business results, and gain alignment across operations leader stakeholders

Serve as a consultant to key initiatives within the team to drive efficient growth

Partner with Operations senior leaders to inform and influence strategic recommendations, across Operations teams and partners

Guide key initiatives portfolio efforts across Operations, while engaging with additional partners to identify similar opportunities to reduce complexities

Manage annual and other strategic planning activities across Operations, partnering with senior leaders to help calibrate priorities across the Operations and functional areas

Drive and influence an integrated initiative planning approach with Technology and other teams for enterprise capabilities

Design, manage and deliver ongoing business routines across Operations including strategic planning, monthly business reviews, leader offsites, and other executive staff meetings

Manage third party provider engagements including rationalizing third party spend

Develop and create executive level presentations

Locations: Preference for San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN. May consider candidates within the Wells Fargo footprint.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

5+ years of leadership experience

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
