Job DescriptionThe Talent Operations Process Senior Specialist role reports to the Director of HR Talent Operations and is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to lead talent projects centered around process improvement and the intake of operational work from the Talent CoE into Talent Operations. This role will lead cross-functional project teams, facilitate process improvement initiatives, and operationalize annual talent programs to our employees worldwide in close partnership with Global Process Owners, Global Talent Management CoE, and HR Solutions. The Process Senior Specialist will also coordinate with peers to develop presentations and materials to showcase Talent Operations progress and initiatives in various HR forums.Our company is a global health care leader with a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines, vaccines and animal health products. Partner with suppliers to deliver talent programs, implement new technology, assess process and system changes annually, and drive efficiency.

Identify process improvement opportunities, develop thoughtful recommendations, and facilitate the implementation effort from idea to installation.

Respond to complex escalated process support inquiries, including providing recommendations on additional Tier 0 content and/or Tier 1 or 2 training required to reduce the number of escalations.

Lead the implementation of annual talent programs from kick-off to launch to lessons learned in partnership with key stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate, and develop key Talent Operations presentations (e.g. quarterly business reviews) in collaboration with peers.

Manage and prioritize stakeholder requests, distinguish between routine updates and those that have a broader impact and require input from others.

Maintain a global network of key HR stakeholders (e.g. divisional HR Business Partners, regional Client Relationship Managers, etc.) to support ongoing execution of the talent movement & development programs, and gather feedback on potential enhancements.

Consult with stakeholders to understand program deliverables, gaps, and needs and prepare thoughtful implementation plans that align with scope and timing.

Execute standard reports, analyze results, and present key findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience.

6 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Business Partner, HR Center of Excellence, or related roles.

You have delivered impactful programs and have broad knowledge of the HR space

Prior experience /demonstrated success working with program management and project management

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with talent management programs or in a talent management organization.

Previous experience as project or program manager.

Experience with cloud-based HR technology solutions.
