- Proven track record of planning, managing, and delivering on complex technical implementations
- Proven ability to identify project dependencies, challenge technical and business project managers to identify and deliver on milestones
- Proven ability to successfully navigate through large number of project active participants, formulate a solid work plan (with milestones, dependencies, validated durations, relevant risks, etc.) and to manage the teams to its delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to formulate and communicate on one slide all important and relevant points about the status of a large effort
- Able to join and acclimate quickly in a working team, learn quickly
- Knowledge and experience in Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance projects/work/concepts will be very beneficial.
