About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Agile Coach within Consume Small Business Banking. This coach will partner and work across the line of business to help drive the business transformation to product focused customer centric organization.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:
Establish, lead, and guide Agile teams which embrace and exhibit the Agile mindset, practices and standards to deliver working software
Leverage and combine different industry standard scaling concepts to specific business problems that best supports scaled Agile values and principles
Offer credible guidance to team process, structure work, create customer journeys, and start growth of scaling activities
Assist leaders in considering complexity and long term implications of transformation to self- governing teams
Coach leaders on the delivery implications and the structure required to support the software
Foster maturation of Agile behaviors and delivery concepts
Provide strategic leadership on approaches to overcome impediments to accelerated delivery
Collaborate with all levels of managers and steering committees across the enterprise
Serve as an experienced advisor to the team with a focus on scaling Agile within the organization or line of business
Required Qualifications,
7+ years experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years experience providing product coaching within a large, complex organization
5+ years of experience leading a product/Agile transformation at Scale in a large and complex environment
Experience coaching teams in agile principles and practices at scale
Direct transformation team experience
Demonstrated use of sound coaching plans to address team and individual needs; embodies effective teaching/mentoring / coaching skills, demonstrating ability to coach in the moment
Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
Prior Financial services experience preferably within the product/agile environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in an everchanging environment
Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives and senior leaders
Experience effectively leading through influence in a matrixed environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of time
