- 10+ years of experience required in Big Data technology.
- Strong proficiency in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases like HBase, Cassandra, and MongoDB
- Experience with big data processing frameworks like Apache Flink and Apache Storm
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or PowerBI
- Knowledge of big data security technologies and protocols like Kerberos, SSL, and encryption algorithms
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Design and implement big data solutions for clients using a variety of tools and technologies
- Work with clients to understand their data requirements and provide recommendations for the best big data architecture to meet those needs
- Collaborate with the data engineering and data science teams to ensure the smooth integration of big data solutions into clients’ existing systems
- Ensure the security, privacy, and reliability of big data systems and work with clients to ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest big data trends, technologies, and best practices and share that knowledge with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of big data architecture and design patterns
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience: A minimum of xx years of experience in big data consulting or development
- Experience working with clients from different industries and understand their specific big data requirements
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying big data solutions
- Meet with clients to understand their data requirements
- Design and implement big data solutions using a variety of tools and technologies
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure the smooth integration of big data solutions into clients’ existing systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest big data trends, technologies, and best practices
- Provide training and support to clients on big data solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Industry certifications in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients in an understandable manner
