Job Description:

Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a Sr Service Delivery Manager with a focus on supporting the CIOs Technology Portfolio related to Contingent Labor Resourcing. In this role, you will be part of a global team responsible for partnering with Global Technology senior leadership, COO WFM SPOCs and enterprise business partners (Finance, BCMR, GCOR, Third Party and Procurement primarily), and Vendors supporting Global Technology. This role participates with cross functional teams; drives a strategic approach for Global Resource Management focused on Technology teams and related to resourcing based on timing, skills, headcount forecasts with rigorous reporting and routines. Role requires strong written, visual, and verbal communications skills and ability to work with large data sets/excel and use data and facts for decisioning and strategy.

The successful candidate will communicate, influence, negotiate and drive adoption and build relationships, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will: Enable aligned portfolio to achieve staffing goals, manage escalation for optimal outcomes, and represent Bank of America based on our core values internally and externally in compliance with our policies and code of conduct. Additionally, positively collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategic and operations initiatives, plans and metrics. Provide detailed analysis and reporting to support and drive and measure key business imperatives.

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • 10+ years experience working in a large, matrixed environment with strong project management skills and data analytics
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences; Must be able to articulate issues and make requests for action planning at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience creating presentations for executive leadership, peers and business partners, especially related to identification of risk, articulation of root cause, articulation of issue through solution
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
  • Strict attention to detail and dedication to flawless work product
  • Ability to manage and solve complex dependencies and negotiate compromises
  • Aptitude for data analysis with bias toward problem solving and risk mitigation
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business demands
  • Must be able to adapt to fast changing environment
  • Excellent team player with ability to navigate the organization through positive relationships; strong interpersonal skills
  • Persistence and thoroughness when following up to get required information
  • Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter
  • Experience with initiative financial forecasting/management
  • Experience working with large complex vendors/contracts, Global Delivery Models, Pricing and IT Outsourcing
Desired Skills & Abilities:
  • Prior experience working with Advisory or Outsourcing Firms
  • Business Strategy and/or project management experience
