Job Description:
You will lead a team that helps shape the wider Productivity & Mobile roadmap to deliver great products and positive user experiences. From identifying use cases, determining eligibility and dependencies and to creating compelling business cases, your team will deliver solutions that solve problems and create business value.The focus is on modern infrastructure, applications, collaboration tools, and end user devices and the primary drivers will be innovation, delivering something fresh for end users and platform stability through the elimination of NPT and drift. Your team will be creating, delivering, and launching new products, product features and user journeys with high usability (which are simple, easy to use and that customers love).- Lead a team architects, engineers, product managers, and application developers with responsibilities to provide a corporate mobile service with automation & self service, end user mobile devices, a corporate app store and an employee mobile application
- Develop a deep knowledge of the line of business units and build positive relationships, both horizontally and vertically understand business functions and how they drive requirements
- Ensure initiative progress, through consistent and effective senior stakeholder communications and appropriate escalations
- Measure and communicate results with senior leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage financial planning, licensing, and commercial relationships with key vendors - circa 60 in 50 countries
- Several years of experience working as a senior manager with a focus on end user experience, technology strategy, innovation, and data driven decision making
- Several years of experience implementing line of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives
- Product management experience
- Experience with iOS and Android devices and applications and Blackberry infrastructure environments
- Experience with of VM Ware and Intune technologies
- An understanding of mobile security protocols and their use (MDM/MAM/EMM/Containerisation)
- Experience in Agile delivery (SCRUM), backlog creation and iterative delivery
- Manage a high performing, diverse global team and invest in their continued success
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps
- Partner with change management and operational teams to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives
- Partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio
- Partner with line of business leadership to plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities
- Think strategically by identifying business opportunities and the best-suited solution for a LOB function's adoption within the organization; Measure adoption and work with business leadership to develop future roadmap and opportunities
- Be creative and innovative with regards to your knowledge and awareness of industry trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and business needs
- Use design thinking and user research to lead and facilitate collaborative workshops, creating detailed use case demonstrations, UX wireframes, journey maps and other deliverables to help communicate ideas
- Interpret data to analyze and understand customer behavior, dependencies, and drift
- Champion best practices for products and services across EET products and services
- Be able to work on multiple complex platforms, including both legacy and new platforms
- Untangle complex problems into simple narratives, using world-class PowerPoint skills
- Leading by example, mentoring, and motivating team members and stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative method
- Ability to set expectations with business partners
