Job Description:
This role is part of the Global Technology Audit, Regulatory and External Assessment Engagement team and is responsible for managing key control activities that support Regulatory, Audits, Regulatory, Compliance and Third-Party Assessments. Candidate will provide leadership and direction across front line units during Assessments to ensure consistent practices, successful execution, and reduction of risk exposure for the company. This leader will also drive and report on progress to management on an ongoing basis. The strongest candidates will have great partnership and communication skills, be well organized and have the ability to synthesize details into meaningful recommendations, conclusions, and management reporting.- Ensuring transparency and consistency of communications, providing oversight and guidance on the quality of responses, and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide requirements.
- Developing and managing strong relationships with the Front Line Units, Second Line Partners, and Third Parties ensuring partnership on technology assessments and related matters.
- Managing and directing all aspects of Assessments to ensure consistent practices, successful execution, and reduction of risk exposure for the company. This includes being responsive to inquiries, effectively managing required activities, aiding with evaluation and preparation of responses, activity tracking, reporting and escalation.
- Continuously assessing and enhancing the coverage model and processes, improving the quality and execution and experiences of the program and identifying new approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Identifying, assessing and communicating emerging issues, themes and trends based on various information gathering methodologies, sources and through overseeing assessment activities.
- 5+ years of experience managing technology assessment activities, including regulatory, audit, compliance or a combination thereof.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and cultivate relationships both externally and internally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics.
- Ability to connect the dots across silos, think outside of the box and demonstrate an enterprise mindset.
- Strong presentation skills: ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way and synthesize information key to relevant points.
- Ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Lead individuals or matrixed teams as needed to ensure assessment outcomes are successful.
- Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight.
- Familiarity with the Global Technology business and organization.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills
- CISA, CGEIT, CISM, CRISC, CISP, or other related certification strongly preferred
