6-Month Contract to Hire on a hybrid model in either Charlotte North Carolina OR Saint Louis Missouri Team: Currently a 3 man team but looking to grow to 7 by end of year 8 - 10 years of IVR development exp in Avaya/Nuance and / or equivalent technologies like Cisco or Genesys. Programming experience: Must: IVR application development. AEP, Avaya OD, Nuance Dialog Framework. Java 8+ experience VXML CCXML SCXML GRXML Nice to have: Docker / Kubernetes NLU handling / conversational IVRs Spring Boot and / or any java backend API development experience (like REST APIs) Role: Understanding Nuance or IVR UI specifications Develop call flows. Call routing setup with Cisco / Nuance
