Job Description:

Delivery Lead role will support the Workday application and be aligned to Recruting and Performance Management modules. Partners with the domains to ensure they are adhering to our Enterprise Change Management standards while facilitating/influencing them along the story's process/timeline; be a SME is Bank of America's Workday configuration and be able to explain current setup; own issue resolution and ensure they are being tracked in JIRA; lead day-to-day BAU support within their domains; owns the weekly domain calls. Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls). Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the stakeholders. Support resource planning for delivery/execution by working with the Lead Developer & Workday Integration Architect.

Line of Business Job Description:Delivery Lead within Global Human Resources Technology. Partners with key Business, Development, Business Solutions, Program/Project Management, Architecture, Production Support and Testing Execs to develop and implement the tactical and strategic planning of all phases of application, environment and support management. Responsibilities include:

- Business relationship management, liaison to Global Human Resources and Shared Service Providers (SSPs)- Effectively manage through bank's processes.- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Application Management Policies and Procedures.- Provide leadership, and management with a focus on ensuring delivery and execution are being managed against strategic goals and direction- Manage and provide Application portfolio oversight working closely with application and/or vendor managers- Provide risk oversight for business and technology risk

Required Skills:
