Job Description:

Analyzes actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a business system to obtain quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques.

The individual will play key role in providing data analytics and insights to senior leadership the GBS organization.

Responsibilities:

High level requirements of the role but not limited to:

Creation of multiple reports & MIS dashboards
Deep dive into the data, analyze trends, outliers, metrics & measures for reporting across various initiatives
Ability to understand the problem statement, find insights by using relevant multiple data sources, create scenario-based models and support with executive ready presentations
Problem-solve with stakeholders across levels to deliver strategic insights and recommendations on key initiatives based on leadership direction, industry trends and best practices
Role requires interaction & interface with Senior Leadership within GBS

Required Skills & Abilities:

Prior experience on data analytics - Bringing in a unified view of the data to be analyzed from different data sources after data cleansing, transforming & modeling as required
Strong expertise on MS Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated with problem solving mindset
Very strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across business & technology teams

Desired Skills & Abilities

Domain knowledge on global delivery, employee & contractor reporting and financial services
Exposure/experience on Tableau or other visualization tools
