- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demo’s sprint/release planning, and story mapping sessions.
- Actively manage all activities from a software development life cycle perspective including scheduling, tracking, initiatiation, build, test, and release with a specific focus on:
- Managing project requests and breaking them down into deliverable action items
- Managing resources availabilities and allocating resources to task
- Addressing and/or escalating any roadblocks to sprint deliverables
- Using Jira to manage & track all interrelated project tasks for the full SDLC
- Ability to update workflow(s), create dashboards
- Providing status updates/progress reports
- Work closely with product owner and the scrum team, inclusive of technical and business stakeholders at the senior leadership level, to develop and maintain a project story map that defines the minimum viable product
- Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking and other duties on behalf of the team
- Help break down organizational silos and promote collaborations
- University degree, preferably in computer science or Information Systems or equivalent
- 5 years of experience with in-house IT application development or related IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably in a financial institution
- 3 – 5 years of solid practical experience in managing complex IT projects including hands-on experience with SDLC in an Agile environment
- Scrum Master Certification, highly desirable (e.g., CSM)
- 1 years of DevOps experience or exposure would be ideal
- Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers, nice to have with AWS preferred
- Must have experience using Jira
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience working with teams using continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal/communication skills to work with product owners and technical team at varying levels, including senior management
- Effective planning and organizational skills to set priorities and coordinate projects under pressure, to meet deadlines within a fast pace environment
- Strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills in order to build a collaborative, productive, and engaged team environment
- You have the availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations (10%)
