• Good BA skills. Business stakeholder management, good communication, writing etc.
• Good with requirements gathering, requirements analysis(BRD). Be able to communicate effectively with tech teams.
• Salesforce knowledge is must
• Agile methodology knowledge. SAFe agile is plus.
• Sales force Certification Must
