Creative Content Manager, RemoteThe Creative Content Manager will assist in the complete overhaul and refresh of current training programs. A successful Creative Content Manager will be able to collaborate with and lead team members at all levels, showcase a high degree of self-direction to achieve results, embrace change, and remain adaptable.

The successful candidate will have exceptional creative writing skills and be able to manage a digital training team. This includes regular meetings with direct reports and the global team /business stakeholders, delivering programmatic goals, and manage the team’s deliveries. Additionally, the candidate would also be expected to drive content training programs from conception to delivery working in collaboration with stakeholders. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and project management skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication, time management, ability to multi-task efficiently, and openness to change are required. Demonstrated affinity for technology and a background in technical writing, editing, and information design would be a plus. A passion for communicating effectively, leading cross-team projects and delivering solutions are essential to the role.

Responsibilities:• Evaluate and determine methods of learning• Writing scripts, course outlines and follow through on training projects from conception to delivery of programs• Gather content and work with key stakeholders to successfully develop engaging curriculums• Collaboration with internal teams• Manage digital training team to hit aggressive deadlines, while maintaining quality control• Review, proofread all work, provide creative direction to get to finish line• Design and control library structure/contents• Collaborate with participating Agencies/partners to support their training efforts to include videos, LMS course creation, manuals and guides• Support internal team communication strategies

Qualifications:• 7-8 years in technical/content/business writing and editing• 7-8 years experience with project management• Leadership/project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver projects under tight deadlines.• Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.• Passionate about data, discovering new trends, and driving actions through insights.• Keys to success in this role include program leadership experience. Preference is for candidates with exceptional analytical skills, project management and interpersonal skills along with an intense audience focus.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Learning & Development, or related field
