job summary:
Description: This role will report to the Domain Manager of the Commercial Lending Data Domain and will provide support in driving policy compliance and alignment to enterprise data strategy. This role will work with COEs and partner teams monitoring execution of data governance deliverables. Responsible for project management support, governance routing support, and records management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support on-going data governance routines to monitor execution activities and data domain performance
- Manages Application Business Owner (ABO) assignments (initial and changes)
- Manages application-to-domain alignments (initial and on-going)
- May manage data domain councils, including agenda, actions, charters, minutes, and documentation
- Manage domain program execution plans and status reporting for Privacy and EDG compliance
- Manages domain-level and application-level KPI reporting
- Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
- strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge and understanding of financial industry compliance requirements
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in data governance/data management concepts and practices
- Experience in Data Dictionaries, Data Lineage, Metadata
- Knowledge and understanding of data integrity management practices and procedures
- Experience with audit and regulatory management or operational risk
- Recent experience in data quality and control improvement
