- Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• 4 years of Information Technology experience• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada• 4 years of experience of ETL/Big DATA, using industry leading ETL tools/services• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Preferred Qualifications• 4 years of experience in ETL/Big Data Skills• 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like HP ALM, JIRA• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data profiling tools and utilities is preferred.• Experience in Agile methodology, Knowledge of Quality processes, Estimation methodologies.• Open source programming language knowledge like Python, Java.• Analytical and Communication skills• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
