Decision-making and independence is involved but limited.1-5 years of experienceJr. MSPM Responsibilities:- Primary point of contact for Managed Services projects; accountable for project deliverables- Project level data review and management of corrections if project flow through requires resolution- Internal and external customer interaction to include project planning & milestone management- Accountable for overseeing site specific tasks and asset deployment as part of project Specific Jr. MSPM Responsibilities:- Execute and maintain project management processes in the areas of project schedule, quality management, communications management, risk/issue management, and change management- Support Credo through adherence to company policies, processes and practices- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports - Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules- Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams - Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis- Prepare and document Day 1/Day 2 support documentation and acceptance criteria Essential skills:- Assoc Degree or Equivalent Experience, Bachelor's preferred- Excellent organizational skills - Demonstrated experience with verbal & written communications- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word- 0-2 Years proven Project Management or related experience- Leadership skills- Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations- Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Clarity)- ITIL v3 certification desired or completed within 6 months of start date - Project management understanding and familiarity with core concepts desired- Business level fluency in written & spoken English Desired skills:- Experience in telecommunications or IT environment- Previous customer service experience in a business to business environment- Multicultural understanding- Team player- Flexible qualifications:- Experience level: Entry Level
