HVAC tech-Mini Split Heat Pump Startup/vac test/line set connections
North Carolina, Asheville, 28801 Asheville USAEngineer/contractor/owner installing two mini split heat pump systems at my family's property - will have electrical, disconnect, mounting, hole drilling, line set routing, everything else covered. I would like to pay a professional hvac tech with EPA refrigerant license for a couple hours to do final interconnects of the line sets, pull vacuum and pressure/leak test units and line sets, oversee system startup and testing. I will pay cash upon completion of the interconnect/testing/startup - you provide invoice/receipt with HVAC/EPA refrigerant credentials stated that I will keep for my files in the event I need manufacturer warranty coverage down the road.
Looking at a couple hours of your time - offering $100/hr including for your time/expenses spent traveling to my job. I would anticipate needing you for 3-4 hours - cash paid upon system startup. I may do one system with 2nd system later - or perhaps both at same time if I can get all the tasks accomplished with my other help.
I would be looking for a regular HVAC tech for service and maintenance calls if you are in the general Brevard-Hendersonville-Asheville area.
Thank you. Please tell me about your experience with mini split installs and your EPA refrigerant/state license credentials.
