We are rapidly expanding our Asheville call center and we are actively looking for our next Insurance Sales Superstar!

As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you’ll learn insurance inside and out through our paid training and the continuous support of your team and supervisor. As an Insurance Specialist, you’ll build report with your customers, shop through our many carriers to ensure you are building the best policy bundle possible for them, and show them the value of insuring with Quantum Assurance.

Qualifications:

· Property and Casualty Insurance License

· 1 to 2 years of insurance industry experience

· Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

· Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

· Bi-lingual is a plus!
