Full-time

Vacancy expired!

I'm a fairly small but HIGH quality landscaping operation. We have three people (occasionally more for bigger projects) with a bunch of state of the art tools, machines and trucks/trailers. Attention to detail and quality are infinitely more important than quantity and speed for us.

My right hand man of the last five years is looking to get out of Landscaping (He's getting old) so I am on the hunt for someone to help me run the show.

In a perfect world, you would have ample knowledge and experience with:

-Plant/weed identification, treatment and trimming experience

-Tree work experience (You won't have to climb unless you really want to and carry your own insurance)

-Operating a 2017 Ram 2500 manual transmission truck with a trailer

-Working steadily without supervision

-Midsize tractor/backhoe operation

-Client relationships/communications

-Attention to detail

-Economy of motion. (work efficiently)

-Clean to Clean-ish background and driving record

I'm aware that there is no such thing as a perfect world so I'm happy to work with and train the right person if you're interested in learning

We do everything from routine lawn maintenance to retaining walls, resurfacing driveways, pressure washing, tree removal and more I like the variety so I don't get burned out doing the same thing every day.

We will stay super busy until the first or second week of January. There should be about five weeks of working around the weather until the middle of February when it picks back up again. I pay a minimum of $300 a week even if we have no work at all.

Will be glad to hear from you if this sounds like something you are interested in.

Send me a message or a resume!
