Structured, 8-week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programs that you can tailor to each individual to provide high-quality treatment with proven results

Access to a highly-skilled clinical support team for case consultation and escalation assistance

Remote work as a licensed therapist from your home office

Free continuing education with access to courses and speaker series approved for credits across multiple professional license types

Flexible hours, as few as 10 hours a week up to 40, plus 3 hours for case coordination, including evenings and weekends, with a consistent schedule for patients

Reduced admin work with less time spent on benefits verification, billing, scheduling, mailing tasks, and more

Compensation for time and required follow-up when patients miss an appointment

Opportunity and support for multi-state licensure sponsorship

Ability to deliver therapy remotely over video and/or phone, to patients needing behavioral health support that is often associated with a medical or life transition

Consistent weekly schedule for patients, as few as 10 total hours a week up to 40

Participation with a clinical support team that includes 3 hours of compensated time per week for case coordination

Comfortable using technology to tailor evidence-based programs and remotely deliver care to patients

● Five years of clinical experience post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches● Current LCSW (or state equivalent) in good standing and malpractice insurance● Strong assessment skills, ability to diagnose accurately, and proficiency in developing collaborative individualized treatment plans with patients● Genuine desire to help patients overcome barriers to positive change. Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team● Private home office with computer, webcam, dependable internet access, and access to a DSM 5 tool (book or app).● Fluency in Spanish is a plusFollow AbleTo on LinkedIn and Twitter!
