Job Description
The Resource Management Lead will work with operational partners in the Americas to establish the Resource Management function for Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN). The Lead will work with Account leads, Growth, Operations, Finance and HR functions, to understand the currentResource Management processes, create a go-forward plan, and Resource Management framework to ensure supply and demand solutions meet resourcing requirements across the network.You will report to the Chief People Officer - Americas.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:- Design and implement Resource Management within DAN initially for the US and then Americas.
- Establish and detail support needed to achieve Resource Management strategy.
- Determine resource management strategy for the Americas to meet workforce needs following our requirements.
- Annual and multi-year strategy
- Ongoing process and tool requirements
- Coordinate parties from multiple workforces/deployed entities
- Coordination of activities ensuring approach is consistent with business direction/programs.
- Diversity and Inclusion goals
- Oversee resource planning process to balance supply/demand across the Americas.
- Workforce sizing/mix/composition according to types of work
- Recruiting
- Promotion requirements
- Skill requirements
- Attrition – voluntary and involuntary
- Transfers
- Borrowing/loaning between workforces and entities
- Off-shore resourcing strategy on US Accounts
- Oversee ongoing resource and workforce management activities.
- Establish appropriate and measurable resource management targets
- Establish reporting and monitoring requirements
- Productivity/chargeability reviews
- Pyramid management/overall workforce sizing
- Quarterly resource forecasting
- Program manage ad hoc resource management projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management
- Excellent knowledge of HR core concepts and best practices
- Experience with financial concepts, practices and administration
- Contract management skills
- Budget management skills
- Focus on building processes and improvement in staffing efficiencies
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- Consultative
- You will partner with the business based on equality, respect and support
- You are an orchestrator who will tap into the collective expertise of the whole of DAN
