Broadridge is seeking to hire a Vice President of Professional Services-Asset Management. The individual in this role will report directly to the President – Broadridge Asset Management and will lead a distributed team of Project Management, Onboarding and Implementation professionals based out of North America, Europe, UK and APAC. This is an outstanding opportunity to further build out a newly centralized team which will require a focus on design, talent development and recruitment.

The VP of Professional Services is responsible for:

• Leading the Project Management Office staff and functions which are responsible for conceptualizing projects, establishing and handling relationships with clients, supervising the progress of the projects and ensuring their timely implementation and completion.
• Actively participate in partner interactions, client and vendor meetings, provides feedback to project managers to facilitate their growth, provide application design ideas to improve the product, perform evaluations and reviews and draft business requirements and various other project related documentation to advance the growth of the Asset Management business.
• Responsible for leading team which has responsibility all the projects within the organization as well as supervising business/client development, vendor development, documentation, coordinating with technology and coordination with Account Management and Sales team for business tracking of assigned projects.
• Maintain partnerships with internal members and partners such as Product Management, Operations/Support, Development, QA, and other teams involved in scheduling and planning.
• Responsible for the associates, the P&L of the team, billability, time tracking, resource management and pipeline management
• Establish and maintain “C-Level” relationships as required

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in professional services and client onboarding within financial services.
• Experience leading teams located in several regions, experience with global teams a plus
• Strong Client Interaction and Organizational skills are required
• Collaborative working style along with a solid understanding of technology tools and applications
• The professional should be able to clearly articulate a Strategic Vision and a path forward for the team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Financial skills
