Director / Vice President Sales - Enterprise SaaS

Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Sales to help us scale our mid-market and Enterprise sales teams. Extensive experience at aB2B SaaS technology company required including building Enterprise SaaS playbooks, hiring and managing Account Executives and building a sales operations team. You will report directly to our founders.

• Lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
• Build a 12- and 24-month strategic plan to meet our sales and revenue goals
• Improve our mid-market and enterprise sales playbooks
• Develop a healthy pipeline of new business by leading the sales process - from prospecting through onboarding
• Hire and mentor AEs and SDRs
• Build sales infrastructure and sales operations
• Build dashboards to improve sales productivity
• Partner with the product team and founders to be the voice of the customer within the organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mid-market or Enterprise sales experience at a SaaS startup
• Experience leading sales teams
• Experience at early stage startups as an AE
• Experience building sales infrastructure and operations
• Experience in the recruiting/HR Tech industry not necessary
• You should be located in the United States and authorized to work.
