Business Operations Associate / Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a business operations associate / manager to help build detailed dashboards, analyze sales and marketing performance and assist the founders with special projects. You'll get a cross-sectional view of a fast-growing startup and get to influence every part of the business. From this role, you could grow into a finance, sales, product and operations leader. You'll report directly to the founders.

• Help build annual forecasting and monthly / quarterly financial reporting
• Play the role of our first head of finance and assist with financial reporting and tax filings
• Analyze CRM and inbound lead data to help improve sales and marketing effectiveness
• Help improve pricing models
• Take on special projects in different parts of the organization

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of experience in (i) start-up and high-growth businesses and (ii) consulting, investment banking or other advisory roles
• Spreadsheet experience (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Have experience analyzing different types of operational data
• Experience presenting analysis to senior management and board level audiences
• Experience building financial models
• Must be authorized to work in the US
