Ultraclean Inc., a reputable company in Syracuse, NY, seeks working Supervisors to join our team. With over three decades of experience in Selective Demolition and Construction Clean-up, we prioritize safety and strictly adhere to OSHA standards.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Demolition Contractor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demolition processes, safety regulations, and project management.

A total of 2 positions are available starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of Selective Interior demolition projects, including planning, execution, and safety

- Develop and implement demolition plans, taking into account safety, efficiency, and environmental regulations

- Manage and supervise a team of demolition workers, ensuring their safety and productivity

- Ensure that all demolition work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards

- Manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

- Inspect demolition sites regularly and identify any potential hazards

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with the latest demolition techniques and technologies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Contractor Supervisor or Equivalent

- Strong understanding of demolition processes, safety regulations, and project management

- Execute work according to Project drawings & SPECS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

- Must possess OSHA 10 or 30 certification
