FT/PT Sales/Key Holder UNIQUE BOUTIQUE (Syracuse)

We are looking to add to our team for creative retail sales! This is for a local, unique boutique that provides exceptional customer service and styling for contemporary clothing, evening wear, and accessories for a diverse customer base. Retail experience is a plus, but not necessary. All applicants must be available or open to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays. We are looking to fill part-time and full-time positions.

Ensure the boutique is clean, visually appealing, and complies with all applicable laws. Performs boutique opening and closing procedures, assist in sales and operations, maximize customer experience, and optimum profitability.

This candidate must be dependable, disciplined, self-driven, and energetic. Must possess excellent written and oral communication, effective merchandising skills, be able to motivate staff, and develop deep product knowledge. This role requires effective problem solving, an entrepreneurial spirit, and proven leadership. Must be comfortable with welcoming customers, answering customer questions and concerns, guiding customers through the products by acting as their personal shopper, and making sure they have a pleasant experience.
