Our Patient Coordinator/Financial Administrator position is opening and we seek the right person who is empathetic and possesses refined skills in customer service, organization and follow through with basic financial spreadsheet/Excel usage, and computer ease. Candidate must appreciate being a 100% team player. This position requires a high degree of thinking on your feet, skill with people and the desire to excel with incredible salary and benefits. Daily responsibilities include greeting patients enthusiastically, scheduling complete treatment, collecting current and past due account balances, managing insurance payments, managing internal and external marketing campaigns and supporting other team members to create a fluid patient experience. Dental experience is not necessary for this career position though experience with EagleSoft Dental software is a plus.
