Equipment operator (Victor)

Excavation company is seeking motivated heavy equipment operators to join our team. An equipment operator is responsible for the daily operations of a variety of heavy equipment including but not limited to the following: excavators, bulldozers, etc. This is a full time position with great pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment

Understands, interprets and follows directions from supervisors

Experience with rough and finish grading with a dozer

Understands grades and able to interpret site plans

Operate a truck and trailer to transport heavy equipment

Able to work independently as well as with others to complete daily activities according to work schedule.

Requirements:

3 year experience of heavy equipment operation

Valid driver's license

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Complete tasks by safely and efficiently operating and maintaining equipment

Team player, able to get along with a diverse group of people

Dependability is a must
